a. By placing an order, you agree that you are purchasing a product according to the following terms and conditions. We deliver products only within Greece.
b. The Artousa store collaborates with a variety of suppliers to offer a wide range of products at the best possible prices. Orders can be shipped on business days and hours. For your complete information and maximum protection from unforeseen circumstances, orders are processed as follows:

Upon completing your order request, you will see the overall summary of your order, including all relevant details. If you proceed to complete your order, you will connect to a third-party payment service provider to finalize the payment of the agreed-upon amount. Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation message, which will be sent to the email address you provided. If you choose to pay for your order upon delivery, you will receive the order confirmation upon the condition of necessary payment during delivery. In the case of selecting "bank deposit" at the Artousa store, the order will be processed the next business day after the Artousa bank account is credited.

For the highest transaction security, the Artousa store may conduct a verification check through its affiliated payment service providers regarding the accuracy of the payment details you provided (when making payment by credit card or through a third-party online payment provider) during the completion stage of your order. The store reserves the right to reject your order if any issues are identified with these details.

Subsequently, your order is collected, packaged, and delivered to the courier company, ELTA (Greek Post), or the shipping company.

In case it is discovered, for any reason, that there is an unexpected shortage from suppliers for any of the products you selected in the order, or that a product will be available after the specified delivery time on our online store, or there is a problem with the products included in your request, our business will make every effort to contact you either through email or direct phone contact (using all the methods mentioned) to discuss potential modifications, corrections, or cancellation of your order. If communication is not possible within a period of 7 calendar days, your order will be executed for the available part and canceled for the rest. In any case, any modification of your order will be sent to you again with a new email to the email address you provided, and this message will serve as the confirmation of your order, upon which your order will be executed.

It is clarified that the delivery time may vary depending on the availability of products and the commitment of suppliers regarding the delivery time (we source the majority of our products from their place of origin/suppliers). Therefore, any delay on the part of the suppliers will delay the shipping time from us. Delivery times are subject to delays due to delays from the courier company, ELTA, and transport companies, or force majeure, which is not our responsibility.

After the email message is sent regarding the shipment of the order, you can use the parcel tracking tool to confirm the delivery of the parcel and check its progress.
