Refund policy
a. Our goal is to ensure the absolute satisfaction of the customer. However, if you receive a defective product due to our liability, or if any other problem arises from our liability, please contact us immediately for more details.
b. In all cases of product returns due to confirmed actual defects or proven lack of agreed-upon quality due to our liability, purchased from our online store, the following apply:

Returns are accepted exclusively and only to "Artousa Store, M. Alexandrou 1, Kymina, Postal Code 57300." The product will be picked up from the store only by our cooperating carrier after you have contacted us to inform us about the identified problem with a specific product. The return of the product will be carried out exclusively and only from the delivery address you provided when placing your order.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the condition it was received, unused, complete with its original packaging intact, the proper storage conditions maintained, and no more than 14 calendar days have passed since the time of receipt.

The returned products must be accompanied by: the Retail Receipt/Invoice or the Shipping Document. We emphasize that if any of the aforementioned accompanying product documents are missing, your request cannot be satisfied, and the product will not be accepted by the store.

We will process your Return request within a reasonable timeframe.
c. In the case of product return due to a change in size, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (excluding handmade baptismal clothes for which there is no stock).
